CANCELLATION POLICY – ANY COURSE AND BOOK
This Cancellation Policy applies to Live Courses, Pre-recorded Courses, Self-guided courses, books and any other product and services provided by Top Scholar Education Group Sdn Bhd.
ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO REFUNDS or NO CREDITS for partial complete course or missed class.
Cancellation or Transfer of your course enrolment can be done within 24 hours from your purchase.
A request to cancel or modify your course enrolment within 24 hours from your purchase by email to info@teacherelexaaron.com.
To avoid delay in processing your cancellation, please provide the course student’s name, registered email, date, name of course enrolled and type of payment method in your email.
To transfer course to other student, please provide the course student’s name and email, date, name of course enrolled and the new student’s name whom you would like to transfer to. Please note that course transfer can only be done to student’s sibling or relative. We may not guarantee a successful course transfer but will do our best to process your request.
After 24 hours from your purchase, your course enrolment is considered as “confirmed”, and it is too late to cancel or refund.
Any Course sold with Money Back Guarantee may be eligible for Refund, provided the course registrant met certain conditions to exercise the Guarantee. *Guarantee must be specified on checkout page to qualify for refund.*
